Intuit, a US-based software company, is interested in companies in Brazil, reported Startupi on 20 February 2017, citing the company's manager in Brazil André Macedo. In 2015, Intuit acquired ZeroPaper (see related transaction). Now, the company is preparing its expansion in the country. According to Macedo, Intuit would be looking for companies that has agregated value to its portfolio. Intuit has many partners and considers acquiring one of them.

A Intuit, norte-americana que se dedicada ao desenvolvimento de softwares para o apoio na contabilidade das empresas, está de olho em empresas no Brasil, segundo publicou a Startupi no dia 20 de fevereiro de 2017, citando o country manager da companhia no Brasil, André Macedo. Em 2015 a Intuit adquiriu a brasileira ZeroPaper (ver transação relacionada). Agora a empresa está se preparando para crescer no país. De acordo com Macedo, a Intuit estaria em busca de empresas que possam agregar ao portfólio da companhia. A empresa tem muitos parceiros, e nada impede que possam adquirir um parceiro ou outra empresa que tenha um produto ou serviço que faça sentido para a Intuit, afirmou o country manager. |
