Mexican airline Interjet increased the number of flights to Cuba, with new routes, such as Mexico-Varadero and Monterrey-Havana, as of 15 October 2015. These connections will strengthen tourism exchange between the two countries, according to the company's director, José Luis Garza Álvarez, in an article published by Economía Hoy on 9 September 2015. Garza Álvarez said the route Monterrey-Havana will have eight flights per week, leaving on Thursday, Sunday and monday, while route Mexico-varadero will have four flights a week on Thursdays and Sundays.

La aerolínea mexicana Interjet ha ampliado su oferta de vuelos hacia Cuba con nuevas rutas México-Varadero y Monterrey-La Habana a partir del próximo 15 de octubre, conexiones que fortalecerán el intercambio turístico entre ambos países, ha señalado el directivo de la firma José Luis Garza Álvarez al periódico Economía Hoy en una información del 9 de septiembre de 2015. El director general de la línea aérea ha explicado que el vuelo Monterrey-La Habana contará con ocho operaciones semanales, con salidas los días jueves, viernes, domingo y lunes, mientras que la ruta México-Varadero operará cuatro vuelos por semana los días jueves y domingo. |
