La peruana Intercorp y la firma de private equity estadounidense podrían haber presentado una oferta para la compra del 100% de Grupo Norky´s, empresa peruana dedicada a la gestión de restaurantes de pollo a la brasa. Los posibles importes ofrecidos por ambas compañías no se han hecho públicos.
