Institut Oftalmològic Tres Torres, a Spain-based health center, decided to begin trading on Spain's alternative stock exchange (Mercado Alternativo Bursátil, MAB) through a subsidiary, which is yet to be created, reported El Economista on 22 July 2016, citing company president Jordi Grau. Institut Oftalmològic Tres Torres aims to fetch financing to carry out its expansion plan in Spain and Latin America. Specifically, Grau noted it would need around EUR 6m in 2017 to make two planned acquisitions in the region of the Levante and the Balearic Islands, and added he considers an IPO on the MAB is the best choice to get it.

Institut Oftalmològic Tres Torres, centro sanitario español, ha decidido comenzar a cotizar en el MAB a través de una filial, que aún tiene que crear, según ha informado el diario El Economista el 22 de julio de 2016, basándose en declaraciones de Jordi Grau, presidente de la compañía. El objetivo de Institut Oftalmològic Tres Torres es conseguir financiación para llevar a cabo su plan de expansión por España y Latinoamérica. En concreto, Jordi Grau ha asegurado que necesitarían unos EUR 6m en 2017 para realizar dos proyectos de adquisición, que tienen previstos en la zona de Levante y en Baleares, y considera que la salida al MAB es la mejor opción para conseguirla. |
