The board of directors of Indra (BME:IDR), a Spain-based technological company, called a general shareholders' assembly to approve the capital increase that will allow the company to acquire Tecnocom (BME:TEC), announced Indra in a filing published by regulator Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) on 18 January 2017. The general shareholders' assembly is scheduled for 20 February and the capital increase will be of up to EUR 2.59m, through the emission of up to 12.950.000 shares at a price per share of EUR 0.2. This capital increase is part of the Public Takeover Offer (PTO) Indra launched for all the shares of Tecnocom (see related transaction).

El consejo de administración de Indra (BME:IDR), empresa tecnológica española, ha convocado una junta general de accionistas para aprobar la ampliación de capital que permita comprar Tecnocom (BME:TEC), ha informado la empresa en un hecho relevante remitido a la Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) el 18 de enero de 2017. La junta general de accionistas está convocada para el próximo 20 de febrero y el aumento de capital se realizará por un importe nominal de hasta EUR 2,59m, mediante la emisión de hasta 12.950.000 de acciones por valor de EUR 0,2 cada una. Esta ampliación de capital se enmarca dentro de la Oferta Pública de Adquisición (OPA) que Indra ha lanzado sobre la totalidad de las acciones de Tecnocom (ver transacción relacionada). |
