The governments of Venezuela and India signed a cooperation agreement on matters of oil, reported América Economía on 18 September 2016, citing Venezuelan Minister of Oil and Mining Eulogio Del Pino. In the 17th Summit of the Non-Aligned Movement, held in Margarita Island, Venezuela, the two countries signed a mutual cooperation alliance that involves a series of agreements and financing of joint ventures in conjunction with Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC), an India-based oil company. Some of these agreements will be linked to Petroleos de Venezuela (PDVSA), a Caracas, Venezuela-based state-owned oil company.

Los gobiernos de Venezuela e India han firmado un acuerdo de cooperación en materia petrolera, según ha informado América Economía el 18 de septiembre de 2016, citando al ministro de Petróleo y Minería de Venezuela, Eulogio del Pino. En la 17° Cumbre del Movimiento de Países No Alineados (MNOAL) realizada en la Isla de Margarita, Venezuela, se ha firmado la alianza de cooperación mutua que implica una serie de convenios y financiamientos de empresas mixtas en conjunto con Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC), petrolera con sede en India. Algunos de estos convenios tendrán vínculos con Petróleos de Venezuela (PDVSA), petrolera estatal venezolana con sede en Caracas. |
