Spanish private equity firm Indes Capital, Colombia-based Colombina (BVC: COL) and Spain-based Risi were the three finalists to acquire Fiesta's caramel manufacturing assets, which are currently facing bankruptcy, as published by newspaper Cinco Días on 10 September 2015. The award to any of the finalists could be granted for an amount ranging between EUR 14 and EUR 15m, according to sources in the sector. However financial details were not disclosed.

La firma de private equity española Indes Capital, la empresa española Risi y la colombiana Colombina (BVC: COL) son las tres empresas finalistas para adquirir los activos de la fabricante de caramelos española Fiesta, que se encuentra en situación concursal, según ha comunicado Cinco Días el 10 de septiembre de 2015. La adjudicación a cualquiera de las empresas finalistas podría cerrarse por un importe aproximado de entre EUR 14 y EUR 15m, según han indicado a Cinco Días fuentes del sector, si bien no han trascendido detalles económicos de las propuestas. |
