UK-based multinational Imperial Tobacco (LON: IMT) could sell its stake in Spain-based Logista (BME: LOG), as published by Bloomberg on 15 July 2015. Currently, Imperial Tobacco holds 70% of the capital. The objective would be to retain approximately 50%. On the other hand, the company does not rule out looking for a buyer to acquire all the shares.

La multinacional tabaquera Imperial Tobacco (LON: IMT), con sede en Reino Unido, podría deshacerse de parte de su participación en la española Logista (BME: LOG), según ha publicado Bloomberg el 15 de julio de 2015. Actualmente, la tabaquera posee alrededor del 70% de la empresa distribuidora, de la que se desprendería de parte de su participación hasta situarse con poco más del 50%. Por otro lado, tampoco se descartaría buscar un comprador para todo el paquete de acciones. |
