De acordo com a notícia, a troca de posto ocorrerá após a assinatura do ato societário que oficializa a entrada da Suzano Papel e Celulose como sócia da Ibema e a transferência dos ativos de Embu (SP) que fizeram parte da negociação, o que está previsto para 4 de janeiro de 2016. |
