ISA (BVC: ISA; OTC: IESFY), a Colombia-based power company, registered a net profit of USD 63.4m in the first quarter of 2016, equivalent to a 31.3% increase compared with the same period last year, as reported by the company through a press release on 1 May 2016.

The comapny also registered a 25.7% increase in its EBITDA, and is investments reached USD 327.7m, which strengthen the beginning of operations in projects in Peru, and strengthen operating revenues in road concessions in Chile and revenues from UPME calls in Colombia.

ISA (BVC: ISA; OTC: IESFY), empresa colombiana de transporte de energía eléctrica, ha registrado una utilidad neta de USD 63,4m en el primer trimestre de 2016, con un crecimiento de 31,3% frente al mismo periodo de 2015, según ha informado la compañía en un comunicado de prensa publicado el 1 de mayo de 2016.

La firma también ha registrado un aumento del Ebitda del 25,7% y sus inversiones han sumado alrededor de USD 327.7m, los cuales consolidan la entrada en operación de nuevos proyectos en Perú, mayores ingresos operacionales en las concesiones viales de Chile y mayores ingresos por las convocatorias UPME en Colombia.
