Instituto Federal de Telecomunicaciones (IFT) launched an auction process for 191 FM frequencies, as published by newspaper El Economista on 23 August 2015. These auctions will represent a 20% increase in its current infrastructure. The head of Unidad de Espectro Radioeléctrico of the regulatory authority, Alejandro Navarrete, said: "Thee bidding process is estimated to be well attended, it is possible to receive literally thousands of applications."

El Instituto Federal de Telecomunicaciones (IFT) ha puesto en marcha la licitación de 191 frecuencias de FM, según ha publicado el diario El Economista el 23 de agosto de 2015. Estas licitaciones implicarán un incremento superior a 20% de la infraestructura actual. El titular de la Unidad de Espectro Radioeléctrico del órgano regulador, Alejandro Navarrete, dijo:"Se espera que el proceso de licitación sea muy concurrido, por lo que se podrían recibir, literalmente, miles de solicitudes”. |
