Mexico-based ICA (BMV/NYSE:ICA), an infrastructure construction company is studying the possibility of creating a new real estate company with investments from Némesis Capital, as published by newspaper El Economista on 13 January 2016. According to the news, sources close to the business said ICA plans to create a company with its housing assets and a USD 83.9m investment by real estate group Némesis Capital. On the other hand, ICA said it reached an agreement with an investor, without mentioning Némesis Capital, to carry out future transactions related to its subsidiary ViveICA, which would offer working capital for these assets.

La mexicana empresas ICA (BMV/NYSE:ICA), dedicada a la construcción de infraestructuras estudia la creación de una nueva empresa inmobiliaria con aportaciones del fondo Némesis Capital, según ha informado el diario El Economista el 13 de enero de 2016. Según el medio, fuentes familiarizadas con la operación, afirman que ICA planea lanzar una empresa con activos de su negocio de vivienda y una inversión de alrededor de USD 83,9m del grupo inmobiliario Némesis Capital. Por su parte, ICA ha señalado que ha alcanzado un acuerdo con un inversionista, sin mencionar aún a Némesis Capital, con el objetivo de realizar futuras transacciones relacionadas con su subsidiaria ViveICA, el cual aportaría capital de trabajo para dichos activos. |
