Hoteles Tequendama, a Colombia-based hotel chain operator, announced it will put on the block 14% of its shareholding, reported La República on 6 March 2017, citing Hoteles Tequendama CEO Orlando Salazar. The mixed-economy company began the process of seeking a new international partner, which would be carried out by an investment bank and will lead to the sale of 14% of the company to increase the stake of private investors. Salazar also announced his resignation to the company, effective after the next general shareholders' assembly.

Hoteles Tequendama, empresa colombiana dedicada a la gestión de una cadena hotelera, ha anunciado que pondrá a la venta el 14% de su participación accionarial, según ha informado La República el 6 de marzo de 2017, citando al gerente general de Hoteles Tequendama, Orlando Salazar. La compañía, de economía mixta, ha iniciado el proceso de búsqueda de un nuevo socio internacional, el cual lo realizaría una banca de inversión y conllevará a la colocación de 14% de las acciones de la compañía para aumentar la participación de inversores privados. Salazar también ha anunciado su renuncia a la compañía, y estará en la compañía hasta la próxima Asamblea General Ordinaria. |
