Honda Automóveis, alongside Banco Honda and Banco Bradesco [BVMF:BBDC3, BBDC4; NYSE:BBD, BBDO], developed a new business model for Honda’s dealerships, which includes a new brand agreement, a new structure of credit instruments and guarantees, mechanisms for the set up an open receivables fund (Auto-Honda Credit Rights Investment Fund) and a public offering of the funds shares, totaling an initial volume of BRL 200m.
