Hispania Activos Inmobiliarios (BME:HIS), a Spain-based REIT, could sell its office portfolio in Barcelona to focus on the hotel sector, reported Expansión on 12 February 2017. The strategy of the company would be to divest to keep growing with the acquisition of hotels. The portfolio on the block has five buildings, including Edificio Cristal, with 11,088 m2, leased to ACS (BME:ACS) and Xerox (NYSE:XRX), and the Les Gloriès complex, which has three buildings, two of them with a 100% occupation and one, with 90%. In addition to this office portfolio, the REIT has 19 properties in Madrid and one in Malaga.

Hispania Activos Inmobiliarios (BME: HIS), SOCIMI española, podría haber puesto en venta su cartera de oficinas en Barcelona para centrarse en el sector hotelero, según ha informado Expansión el 12 de febrero de 2017. La estrategia de la compañía sería desinvertir para seguir creciendo con la compra de hoteles. Se trata de cinco edificios entre los que se encuentran el Edificio Cristal, con 11.088 m2, alquilado a ACS (BME: ACS) y Xerox (NYSE: XRX), y el complejo Les Gloriès, que tiene tres edificios, dos de ellos ocupados al 100% y un tercero a más del 90%. Además de esta cartera de oficinas, la SOCIMI cuenta con 19 inmuebles en Madrid y uno en Málaga. |
