Hispania Activos Inmobiliarios, held by Azora, is studying the possibility of launching a Public Takeover Offer to acquire real estate comapny Realia, for approximately EUR 0.49 per share. For the moment, there is no agreement between Hispania and Realia. The Takeover is subject to acceptance by 55% of Realia's shareholders, and the acceptance by Hispania's board of shareholders of certain restrictions and limitations to the investment.

La empresa Hispania Activos Inmobiliarios, gestionada por Azora, está estudiando la posibilidad de realizar una Oferta Pública de Adquisición (OPA) por la inmobiliaria Realia a un precio que podría rondar los EUR 0,49 por acción. Por el momento no se ha alcanzado ningún acuerdo o pacto entre Hispania y Realia. La OPA estaría condicionada a la aceptación de al menos el 55% del capital social de Realia, y a la aceptación por parte de la Junta General de Accionistas de Hispania de determinadas restricciones y limitaciones a la inversión. |
