Spain-based Hispania Activos Inmobiliarios (BME: HIS), US-based private equity firm Blackstone (NYSE: BX), US-based Rialto Capital Management and Germany-based Patrizia Immobilien could be interested in acquiring a real estate portfolio controlled by Testa (BME: TST), as published by newspaper Expansión on 15 October 2015. Merlin Properties, Testa's major shareholder, is trying to raise EUR 300m with this sale. The portfolio of commercial assets includes 1,500 houses for rent, and 640 parking spaces.

La empresa española Hispania Activos Inmobiliarios (BME: HIS), la firma de private equity estadounidense Blackstone (NYSE: BX), la empresa estadounidense Rialto Capital Management y la empresa alemana Patrizia Immobilien podrían estar interesadas en adquirir una cartera inmobiliaria propiedad de Testa (BME: TST), según ha señalado el diario Expansión el 15 de octubre de 2015. Merlin Properties, accionista mayoritario de Testa, pretende recaudar unos EUR 300m con la venta de esta cartera, compuesta por activos comerciales, entre los que destacan más de 1.500 viviendas en alquiler, y 640 plazas de aparcamientos. |
