The list of interested buyers to acquire E.ON España's assets, could change significantly. According to financial sources, from the funds that manifested interest (see related radars), Macquaire Group and CVC Capital Partners could be the only funds that remain in the run. This would mean that other entities such as Endesa, Gas Natural and Villar Mir, among others, would withdraw. The assets were put up for sale in mid-July 2014. (see related radars)

La lista de interesados en adquirir los activos de E.ON en España podría haberse modificado sustancialmente. Según fuentes financieras, de los fondos que mostraron su interés en hacerse con dichos activos (ver radares relacionados), podrían ser Macquaire Group y CVC Capital Partners los únicos que continuaran en la puja, lo que implicaría que otras entidades como Endesa, Gas Natural y Villar Mir, entre otras, se descolgasen de la misma. Los activos fueron puestos a la venta por E.ON a mediados de julio de 2014 (ver radar relacionado). |
