HNA Group (SSE:600221), a China-based industrial conglomerate, may be interested in acquiring Spain-based construction company Assignia Infraestructuras, which has been in pre-bankruptcy proceedings since December, reported El Economista on 2 February 2017. According to the repor, the Monje Tuñón family, owners of Assignia, would be willing to lose control of the company or leave the shareholding to avoid liquidation. The company is in talks with HNA, but there are four other business groups interested in the firm, the report stated.

HNA Group (SSE: 600221), conglomerado industrial chino, podría estar interesado en adquirir la constructora española Assignia Infraestructuras, en preconcurso de acreedores desde diciembre, según ha informado El Economista el 2 de febrero de 2017. Según lo publicado, la familia Monje Tuñón, propietaria de Assignia, estaría dispuesta a perder el control de la compañía o a salir del capital con el objetivo de evitar la liquidación. La empresa mantiene negociaciones con HNA, pero hay otros cuatro grupos empresariales interesados en la compañía. |
