H.I.G. ha cerrado su segundo fondo paneuropeo, H.I.G. European Capital Partners II, por un importe de EUR 825m (USD 1.100m). Este fondo seguirá la estrategia de su predecesor, centrándose en operaciones de buyouts y capital expansión en compañías de tamaño medio en Europa Occidental. El Equipo de H.I.G. Europe está presente en Londres, París, Madrid y Hamburgo y desde que comenzó a invertir en 2008, ha llevado a cabo 28 inversiones en Europa. |
