La compañía metalúrgica estadounidense Alcoa busca comprador para sus activos industriales en Alicante con el fin de mejorar sus balances y el de sus filiales españolas. Uno de los posibles compradores era Open Gate Capital que finalmente no ha querido presentar una oferta. Por otra parte, la compañía estudia traspasar los activos a otros interesados entre los que se encuentran la firma de private equity estadounidense Atlas Holding y las empresas Alibérico y Constellium. |
