Grupo Voges põe à venda a Voges Metalurgia

O grupo Voges, em recuperação judicial desde julho do ano passado, propôs a cisão e venda da Voges Metalurgia, como forma de pagamento de BRL 315m em dívidas com bancos, fornecedores e detentores de títulos e de BRL 9m em débitos trabalhistas. A proposta, que prevê a manutenção da fundição Metalcorte sob o controle da empresa, foi encaminhada à Justiça e será apreciada pelos credores em assembleia no dia 19 de setembro. Segundo o representante da Voges, do escritório Dulac Müller Advogados, o plano prevê vender a fábrica de motores pelo valor simbólico de BRL 1 mais assunção das dívidas sujeitas à recuperação judicial. |
