Grupo Transportes Monterrey, empresa mexicana de transportes y logística, ha anunciado que planea futuras adquisiciones de empresas, según ha informado CNN Expansión el 29 de diciembre de 2016, citando al director general de Grupo Transportes Monterrey, Jorge Casares. En concreto, la compañía planea para 2020 producir 5.000.000 de vehículos al año y, para este proyecto, estima adquirir empresas especializadas en la producción de automóviles nuevos. En el mediano plazo, la compañía también ve la oportunidad de estudiar empresas de transporte de gas y combustibles. |
