Segundo a notícia, a empresa está no estágio final de sua busca por um sócio. No páreo estaria a private equity norte-americana Catterton, que teria se disposto a pagar cerca de BRL 300m pela participação.

O processo de venda da participação vai ser conduzido pelo banco Itaú BBA, e tem como objetivo reduzir a dívida da empresa.
