Spain-based Grupo San José (BME: GSJ) modifies governance structure to simplify, according to a relevant fact issued by the company and published by Securities Commission CNMV on 28 July 2015. Highlights, among the changes, includes the company's agreement to only have one CEO, Jacinto Rey González, who will accumulate his role with that of the executive president. So far, Roberto Rey Perales was the CEO, who will be dismissed as CEO and in his executive roles.

La empresa española Grupo San José (BME: GSJ) ha modificado su estructura de gobierno para simplificarla, según ha comunicado la propia compañía mediante un hecho relevante remitido a la Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores el 28 de julio de 2015. De los cambios realizados destaca el hecho de que la compañía ha acordado que únicamente debe existir un consejero delegado, Jacinto Rey González, que compaginará el cargo con su labor como presidente ejecutivo. Hasta la fecha el consejero delegado era Roberto Rey Perales, que es cesado como consejero y en sus cargos ejecutivos. |
