Grupo Ruette removed its request to file for bankruptcy to sell its assets. According to Joel Thomaz Bastos, with law firm Diaz Carneiro Advogados, the company has 90 days, extendable for another 90 days, to place its two plants for sale. The plants have a crushing capacity of 3.6 million tons and can be sold for USD 600m. With these resources the company plans to pay off its debt. Banco Santander Brasil, one of the 30 creditors will also be mandated bank in this deal.

O Grupo Ruette retirou seu pedido de recuperação judicial para vender seus ativos. De acordo com Joel Thomaz Bastos, da Diaz Carneiro Advogados, a empresa terá 90 dias, prorrogáveis por mais 90 dias, para oferecer suas duas usinas no mercado que tem uma capacidade de moagem de 3,6 milhões de toneladas e possam ser vendidas por BRL 600m. Com os recursos a empresa pretende quitar as dívidas. O Banco Santander Brasil, um dos 30 credores também será o banco mandatário da operação. |
