Los accionistas de la entidad española Grupo Planeta han acordado por unanimidad nombrar como nuevo presidente de la compañía al hasta ahora Vicepresidente José Creuheras. Además, el hasta ahora Consejero Delegado Carlos Fernández Sanchiz pasa a desempeñar el cargo de Vicepresidente Ejecutivo, mientras que José Lara García, que ocupaba el cargo de Director General, pasará a ser el nuevo Consejero Delegado. |
