O grupo Oi, grupo de telecomunicações com sede no Rio de Janeiro, teve seu pedido de recuperação judicial deferido, segundo publicou a empresa em Comunicado no dia 30 de junho de 2016. De acordo com o Comunicado, a 7ª Vara Empresarial do Tribunal de Justiça do Rio de Janeiro (TJ-RJ), deferiu em 29 de junho de 2016 o pedido de recuperação judicial do Grupo Oi, formado pelas empresas Oi (BVMF:OIBR4;NYSE:TNE), Oi Telemar, Oi Móvel, Copart 4 Participações, Copart 5 Participações, Portugal Telecom e Oi Brasil. |
