Grupo Odinsa (BVC:ODINSA), a Colombia-based construction company, is said to be interested in increasing its equity stake in road projects Autopistas del Nordeste (ADN) and Boulevard Turístico del Atlántico (BTA), in the Dominican Republic, reported Dtaifx on 26 January, 2016.. According to the report, the company may carry out the transaction directly or through its subsidiary Odinsa Holding, based in the British Virgin Islands. Odinsa noted its board approved a debt of up to USD 30m for the acquisition, the report stated.

Grupo Odinsa (BVC:ODINSA), empresa constructora colombiana, estaría interesada en aumentar su participación accionarial en los proyectos viales Autopistas del Nordeste (ADN) y Boulevard Turístico del Atlántico (BTA), en República Dominicana, ha publicado Dataifx el 26 de enero de 2016. Según lo publicado, la empresa llevaría a cabo la transacción de forma directa o a través de su filial Odinsa Holding, con sede en las Islas Vírgenes Británicas. Odinsa ha anunciado que su junta ha aprobado un endeudamiento por hasta USD 30m para la operación, de acuerdo con la información. |
