Grupo Nueva, empresa inversora con sede en Panamá, ha iniciado la búsqueda de un socio estratégico para incorporar al accionariado de su filial Masisa Chile (BCS:MASISA), con sede en Santiago, ha anunciado Masisa en un hecho relevante publicado por la Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros el 23 de noviembre de 2016. En concreto, Grupo Nueva ha contratado como asesores a Inverlink, con sede en Bogotá, Colombia, y UBS (SIX:UBSN; NYSE:UBS), con sede en Zurich, Suiza, para llevar a cabo la búsqueda. Grupo Nueva busca un socio que permita el fortalecimiento financiero de Masisa Chile, que entraría en su accionariado por una ampliación de capital, ya sea a través de Grupo Nueva o de forma directa. |
