Grupo Inveriplus, empresa española dedicada a la transformación de activos tóxicos en activos saneados, podría llevar a cabo durante 2016 la adquisición de determinados activos en Comunidades Autónomas donde aún no tiene presencia, según ha publica el diario El Mundo el 24 de febrero de 2016, basándose en la información proporcionada por Óscar Bellette, director ejecutivo de la compañía. La compañía también se centrará en la captación de clientes, y constituirá una SOCIMI, que se convertirá en la primera especializada en activos residenciales de primera ocupación. |
