The result of the negotiations will depend on the required investment and the production costs it entails. In this regard, Grupo Halcón may be willing to allocate EUR 3m, but with a staff cut of 60%, given it almost triples its costs. Additionally, members of Grupo Halcón may have ensured the company is considering another two options to grow through acquisitions.

Grupo Halcón, empresa española dedicada a la producción de azulejos, podría estar negociando la adquisición de Hatz Spain, fabricante de Venus Cerámica, según ha informado el diario Expansión el 5 de julio de 2016, basándose en fuentes de la compañía. El resultado de las negociaciones dependerá de la inversión requerida y de los costes productivos que suponga. A este respecto, Grupo Halcón podría estar dispuesto a destinar EUR 3m, pero con un recorte de la plantilla del 60%, ya que casi triplica sus costes. Asimismo, miembros de Grupo Halcón habrían asegurado que estarían barajando otras dos opciones más para crecer mediante adquisiciones. |
