Dominican Republic-based Grupo Excel, engaged in management of investment funds, announced it will open a fund to focus on investments in commercial, industrial and office real estate in Santo Domingo, as published by newspaper Listín Diario on 6 November 2015. According to Grupo Excel's president, Alberto Cruz, the comapny will create a fund with USD 50m, so as to allow investors to invest and generate quarterly interests achieved through acquisitions of commercial, industrial and office properties, in the metropolitan area.

La empresa dominicana Grupo Excel, dedicada a la gestión de fondos de inversión, anunció que abrirá un fondo para centrar sus inversiones en la adquisición de inmuebles comerciales, industriales y de oficinas en Santo Domingo, según ha informado Listín Diario el 6 de noviembre de 2015. Según el presidente del Grupo Excel, Alberto Cruz, la firma abrirá un fondo de inversión inmobiliaria de USD 50m, con el fin de que los inversionistas puedan poner sus capitales y logren generar intereses trimestrales a través de adquisiciones de inmuebles comerciales, industriales y de oficinas, ubicados en la zona metropolitana. |
