Grupo Energía de Bogotá (BVC: EEB), empresa colombiana dedicada a la gestión de energía eléctrica, ha anunciado que podría estar interesada en el 40% del capital social que la canadiense Pacific Rubiales (TSE: PRE ; BVC: PREC) dispone en Pacific Midstream, empresa colombiana de transmisión eléctrica, según ha informado Portafolio Colombia en una noticia del 4 de mayo de 2015. El presidente del Grupo de Energía de Bogotá, Ricardo Roa, ha explicado que esta operación supondría un avance en la estrategia de crecimiento de la entidad, aunque no ha precisado qué importe estarían dispuestos a desembolsar. |
