Grupo Cemig (BVMF:CMIG4; NYSE:CIG), a Minas Gerais, Brazil-based power, telecoms, and natural gas company, and Alupar (BVMF:ALUP11), based in São Paulo, are said to have put their stakes in Transchile, a power transmission company, on the block, reported Exame on 10 August 2016. According to the report, the sale is part of Grupo Cemig's strategy to reduce debt. To advise in the sale, Cemig may have retained Banco BTG Pactual (BVMF:BPAC3).

Grupo Cemig (BVMF:CMIG4; NYSE:CIG), empresa eléctrica, de telecomunicaciones y gas natural con sede en el estado brasileño de Minas Gerais, y Alupar (BVMF:ALUP11), con sede en São Paulo, habrían puesto a la venta su participación en Transchile, dedicada a la transmisión eléctrica, ha publicado Exame el 10 de agosto de 2016. Según lo publocado, la venta es parte de la estrategia del Grupo Ceming de reducir su deuda. Para asesorar en la venta, Cemig habría contratado a Banco BTG Pactual (BVMF:BPAC3).
