Grupo Borges, a Spain-based distributor and retailer of dried nuts, could resume the plans to carry out an IPO of its subsidiary Borges Agricultural & Industrial Nuts (BME:BAIN), reported Cinco Días on 28 November 2016. Specifically, the general shareholders' assembly may have approved resuming a capital increase plan and seeking approval for the listing on the continuous market. In March 2016, Grupo Borges' subsidiary postponed an offer of approximately EUR 23.5m, referring to the current market situation as the reason for the postponement (see related transaction).

Grupo Borges, empresa española dedicada a la distribución y comercialización de frutos secos, podría retomar la oferta pública de las acciones de su filial Borges Agricultural & Industrial Nuts (BME:BAIN), según ha informado Cinco Días el 28 de noviembre de 2016. En concreto, la junta general de accionistas habría aprobado retomar el plan de ampliación de capital y de solicitar la aprobación para cotizar en el mercado continuo. En marzo de 2016, la empresa filial del Grupo Borges, ha anunciado que pospondrá la Oferta Pública de Suscripción (OPS) por un importe de aproximadamente EUR 23,5m, aludiendo como motivo a la situación actual de los mercados (ver transacción relacionada). |
