O Grupo Águas do Brasil está avaliando a possibilidade de adquirir a companhia OAS Soluções Ambientais, braço de saneamento da empresa brasileira OAS. Segundo o presidente da possível compradora, Claúdio Abduche, a companhia é um dos alvos que poderia ter no setor do saneamento no país. A OAS está passando por um processo de restruturação financeira que inclui a venda, entre outros ativos, da OAS Soluções Ambientais.
