Grupo Ortiz, a Spain-based construction company, may be studying an Initial Public Offering (IPO) on Spain's alternative stock exchange (Mercado Alternativo Bursátil, MAB) of its real estate business engaged in rentals, reported Cinco Días on 8 February 2017, citing market sources. According to the report, Grupo Ortiz is preparing a new REIT with a portfolio comprised of several office buildings, over 340 rental homes, a parking lot of 800 spaces in Madrid, and different industrial states. With the transaction, the company would market assets worth approximately EUR 150m, with an associated debt of EUR 55m. The aim of the group is to open the REIT to other investors, retaining ownership of at least 30% of the capital.

Grupo Ortiz, constructora española, estaría estudiando la salida al Mercado Alternativo Bursátil (MAB) de su negocio inmobiliario dedicado al alquiler, según ha informado Cinco Días el 8 de febrero de 2017, citando fuentes del mercado. Según lo publicado, Grupo Ortiz prepara la nueva SOCIMI con una cartera compuesta por varios edificios de oficinas, más de 340 viviendas de alquiler, un parking de 800 plazas en Madrid y diferentes locales comerciales. Con esta operación, la compañía sacaría al mercado activos valorados en aproximadamente EUR 150m, con una deuda asociada de EUR 55m. El objetivo del grupo es abrir la SOCIMI a otros inversores, manteniendo la propiedad de al menos un 30% del capital. |
