El directorio de Graña y Montero (BVL: GRAMONC1; NYSE: GRAM), empresa constructora con sede en Lima, Perú, ha aprobado un plan de desinversiones de activos por USD 300m, ha anunciado la empresa en un hecho relevante publicado por la Superintendencia del Mercado de Valores el 26 de enero de 2017.
