Governments of India and Peru could start negotiations to create a free trade treaty between the two countries, which would liven up bilateral relations, as reported by La República on 28 July 2015. India's Ambassador in Peru Sandeep Chakravorty said he does not expect these negotiations to be difficult since there is a clear intention to strengthen countries' complementary traits. In addition, he confirmed that a Peruvian feasibility study group will visit New Delhi, in August, to meet with its counterparts in India.

Los Gobierno de India y Perú podrían iniciar este año las negociaciones pertinentes para la aprobación de un tratado de libre comercio entre ambos países que animaría las relaciones bilaterales, según ha publicado La República en una información del 28 de julio de 2015. El embajador de India en Perú, Sandeep Chakravorty ha manifestado que no se espera que esta negociación sea difícil ya que existe la intención de afianzar la complementariedad de ambas naciones. Además, ha confirmado que un grupo de estudio de factibilidad peruano viajará a Nueva Delhi en agosto para tener una reunión con sus homólogos en India. |
