O Estado Português e o Banco de Portugal (BdP) receberam proposta de EUR 15bi para compra de ativos de créditos de risco dos bancos, segundo publicou o Público no dia 25 de janeiro de 2017, citando um membro do consórcio interessado, António Esteves. A iniciativa, feita ainda informalmente, foi apresentada junto do executivo e do Banco de Portugal por António Esteves, que representa um consórcio internacional apoiado num grande banco de investimento. Segundo a notícia, a opção poderia ajudar o sistema financeiro português de crédito malparado que está a carregar os balanços dos bancos português. |
