The government of Peru announced the fourth tender of renewable energy resources (RER) for the operation of wind farm La Brea-Negritos, in Talara, reported La República on 4 October, 2015. The tender will be carried out in December and the winning bidder is expected to begin works on the wind farm in 2016. To date, only Peru-based Energía Renovable Peruana fulfills the requirements to participate in the auction. The construction of the wind farm will entail the set up of 40 three-megawatt wind turbines, with a total installed capacity of 120 MW, which will allow to increase the energy reserve of the country's interconnected electrical system, Sistema Eléctrico Interconectado Nacional (SEIN).

El Gobierno de Perú ha anunciado la cuarta subasta de Recursos Energéticos Renovables (RER) para la operación del parque eólico La Brea-Negritos, en Talara, según ha publicado el periódico La República el 4 de octubre de 2015. La licitación se llevará a cabo en diciembre y se estima que sea en 2016 cuando la empresa ganadora comience las obras del parque eólico. A día de hoy solo la compañía peruana Energía Renovable Peruana cumple con los requisitos para presentarse a la subasta. La construcción del parque eólico consistirá en la implantación de 40 aerogeneradores de tres megavatios cada uno, con una potencia total instalada de 120 megavatios, que permitirá aumentar la reserva energética del Sistema Eléctrico Interconectado Nacional (SEIN). |
