Government is able to avoid takeover of Inapa

Estado consegue evitar OPA sobre Inapa

Intel ID : 218556
Synopsis

The Government had the obligation to launch a takeover bid to acquire Inapa, because it controls more than 44% of the capital, and was able to avoid it through a board meeting.

Inapa's shareholders agreed to amend the contract, which will limit the exercise of voting rights attributed to one shareholder to a third of all the votes, equivalent to the company's share capital, during the temporary period in which preferred shares, issued by the company, have voting right.
