Globalvía, a Spain-based infrastructure concession manager, agrees to sell several assets, including the Envalira tunnel in Andorra, 25% of the M-45 section and 25% of the Ruta de los Pantanos concession, both in Madrid. The buyer of the Andorran toll would be a Valencian firm, while the company best positioned to acquire the rest of the assets is the Asian company Marubeni. In both cases, Globalvia will continue as majority partner.

Globalvía, empresa española dedicada a la gestión de concesiones de infraestructura de transporte, ha acordado la venta de varios activos, entre los que figura el túnel de Envalira en Andorra, el 25% del tramo de la M-45 y el 25% de la concesión Ruta de los Pantanos, ambos en Madrid. El comprador del peaje andorrano sería una firma valenciana, mientras que la compañía mejor posicionada para la adquisición del resto de activos es la asiática Marubeni. En ambos activos, Globalvia continuará como socio mayoritario. |
