La compañía minera suiza Glencore Xtrata ha presentado oficialmente el mandato de venta del proyecto minero Las Bambas, situado en Apurímac, a 72 kilómetros de Cuzco (Perú). Para ello, la minera ha contratado a BMO Capital Markets y Credit Suisse como asesores financieros de la transacción. Aunque aún no se ha presentado ninguna oferta de compra formal, algunos grupos de inversores chinos ya han mostrado su interés por el proyecto de cobre. |
