La compañía española Getinsa, dedicada a la ingeniería, ha anunciado que abrirá filiales en México y Australia, después de que dicha compañía pasara a controlar el 91% del accionariado de Paymacotas. (Ver transacción relacionada). Con la entrada en el país latinoamericano y australiano, el grupo español avanza en su proceso de crecimiento con adquisiciones y expansión internacional.
