Genomma Lab (BMV:LAB), a Mexico City-based pharmaceutical lab, announced it will license out 15 brands and stop making acquisitions to reduce debt, reported Bloomberg on 21 July, 2015, citing CEO Rodrigo Herrera. Herrera noted Genomma's best strategy is to invest in the company and not carry out acquisitions. At the end of 2014, the lab's net debt was 2.5 times EBITDA. Herrera explained that he expects it to fall to 1.75 or 2 times EBITDA by the end on 2015. Since 2008, the lab has made at least ten acquisitions (see related transactions). Genomma Lab owns brands such as Cicatricure, Tío Nacho shampoo, and Silka antifungal cream.

Genomma Lab (BMV:LAB), laboratorio farmacéutico mexicano, ha anunciado que concederá las licencias de 15 marcas y dejará de realizar adquisiciones para reducir su deuda, ha publicado Bloomberg el 21 de julio de 2015, citando al CEO, Rodrigo Herrera. Herrera ha señalado que la mejor estrategia para Genomma es invertir en la propia empresa y no realizar adquisiciones. A fines de 2014, la deuda neta del laboratorio era 2,5 veces el EBITDA. Herrera ha explicado que espera que se reduzca a 1,75 o 2 veces el EBITDA para fines de 2015. Desde 2008, el laboratorio ha llevado a cabo al menos diez adquisiciones (ver transacciones relacionadas).
