A construtora Gafisa pediu aval da Comissão de Valores Mobiliários (CVM) para recomprar, em negociação privada, ações de sua emissão que hoje estão com a Tenda. O assunto está em análise, já que recompras precisam ser feitas em bolsa. Agora, o conselho da Gafisa quer separar as duas empresas, pois acredita que os negócios são muito distintos. A separação das empresas levará em consideração o nível adequado de capitalização que será distribuído entre ambas. Isso pode envolver capitalização da subsidiária, dividendos ou venda de ativos e transferência de dívidas. |
