Gaes, empresa española dedicada a la prestación de servicios auditivos, podría estar buscando dar entrada en su accionariado a un socio que adquiera una participación minoritaria, de modo que los accionistas actuales sigan controlando la compañía, según ha informado Expansión el 5 de enero de 2017, citando a fuentes financieras. La compañía aspira a reforzar su presencia en mercados donde ya está ubicada, y a emprender proyectos de expansión principalmente en Latinoamérica. Actualmente, Gaes dispone de una red de unos 600 centros auditivos repartidos en España, Portugal, Turquía, Argentina, Chile, Ecuador y Panamá. |
