GMM, an Argentina-based fuel distributor, is said to be interested in acquiring Petrolera del Conosur, a company which holds the Argentine assets of Venezuela-based Petróleos de Venezuela (PDVSA), reported La Nación on 23 May, 2016. Specifically, the Argentina-based business group may have submitted a management proposal with a purchase option to acquire the assets of Petrolera del Conosur, a subsidiary of the Venezuela-based oil company and owner of a network of 95 service stations. Petrolera del Conosur is controlled by PDVSA Argentina, with 95%. The remaining 5% is listed on the Buenos Aires stock exchange.

GMM, empresa argentina dedicada a la distribución de combustibles, estaría interesada en adquirir Petrolera del Conosur, empresa que agrupa los activos argentinos de Petróleos de Venezuela (PDVSA), según ha informado La Nación el 23 de mayo de 2016. En concreto, el grupo empresario argentino habría dejado a PDVSA una propuesta de gerenciamiento con opción de compra para hacerse cargo de los activos de Petrolera del Conosur, subsidiaria de la firma venezolana y dueña de una red de 95 estaciones de servicio. Petrolera del Conosur pertenece en un 95% a Pdvsa Argentina, mientras que el 5% restante está colocado en la Bolsa de Buenos Aires. |
